Will Couple Counselling work?

During your initial consultation you will have the opportunity to talk about the circumstances that have brought you to this particular point in your relationship and what changes you might want to see. It is in this first session where we will discuss how we will work together and what outcomes we can work towards. Each case will be different and therefore a bespoke plan will be agreed for each individual/couple. The speed at which you will see and feel the outcomes and benefits will depend upon the commitment and a willingness to ‘do things differently’ by each partner. We will undertake regular reviews to measure progress and keep on track.

Where is the Chiswick practice room?

Prospect House is 3 minutes walk from Turnham Green tube and 5 minutes from Stamford Brook Tube, both on the District Line. There is adjacent metered parking which is free after 6pm.

Buses from Grove Park, Acton Green, Shepherds Bush and Piccadilly Circus stop within a few metres of the practice room.

Buses from Hammersmith, Fulham, Chelsea, Hounslow, Richmond, Twickenham and Kensington all stop on Chiswick High Road which is a 10 minute walk from the practice room.

How often will I need to attend?

The frequency and timing of appointments will be arranged to suit your needs and circumstances.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

If appointments are cancelled at least 48 hours beforehand, they will not be charged.
